We are an investment company. We develop strategies that participate in the current major secular transformations in order to achieve superior performance for our clients.
We are aware of our responsibility, which is based on two imperatives: on the one hand, as a trusted partner committed to preserving and developing our clients’ assets over the long-term. On the other hand, as a responsible investor, committed to examining the various impacts of our investment activities.
We benefit from a culture of proximity, inherited from the traditional Geneva private banking model.
We understand it as the result of a three-fold requirement:
Authenticity
We are deeply Swiss and rooted in a long tradition of Geneva banking, open to the world.
Professionalism
We are aware of the complexity of finance and work tirelessly to provide relevant investment solutions.
Personalisation
We commit ourselves individually to strengthen the relationship with each one of our clients, and develop a privileged, tailor-made, relationship.

We have always been aware of our responsibilities as an investor. Very early on, we became involved in sustainable and impact finance.
Our commitment began in 1997 with the creation of Electricity Investment Company (EIC), now the ENETIA investment fund, which was already anticipating the profound structural changes related to energy, particularly renewable energy.
Our work continued in 2001 when we co-founded Blue Orchard Finance, a microfinance investment fund that has been part of the Schroders Group since 2019. It paved the way for what would later become known as “impact investing.” Then, in 2006, we launched our first shareholder engagement fund. In 2008, we signed the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, we defend independent thinking and responsible actions to capitalise on the future.
Determined to carry out our projects successfully, we stay the course in a changing world.
We strive to improve the investment strategy, by anticipating the major secular transformations to come.
