Melchior joined de Pury Pictet Turrettini in 2001 as Managing partner, where he is in charge of a private and institutional clientele. He co-founded Blue Orchard Finance – a leading impact investment company – PPT being the institutional founding shareholder. He is currently the chairman of the Cadmos shareholder engagement funds and supervises the PPT Buy and Care® investment strategy. He is a member of the International Committee of the Red cross (ICRC).
Previously, he was in charge of Swiss institutional clients at Lombard Odier. He holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Lausanne.
